Features

in-system Gas mixer is a new generation of low-flow gas mixer with a similarly newly developed Mass Flow Regulator, consisting of a directly controlled proportional valve and a thermal mass flow sensor.

in-system Gas mixer is a stand-alone device that does not require a connection to an external PC.

in-system Gas mixer delivered both as a 2-gas mixer and as a 3-gas mixer, where the selection of gases and flow is programmed directly on the built-in color display.

in-system Gas mixer is fully electronic and has exceptionally high mixing accuracy. A microprocessor controls the gas mixture with a direct display of gases and flows, while continuous monitoring of programmed alarm limits is performed simultaneously.

in-system Mass Flow Controller, the vital part of our gas mixers, is also available as a separate regulator with a directly acting proportional valve and a thermal mass flow sensor and an OEM product with own text and company logo. The Mass Flow Controller is supplied with 24 VDC, and the proportional valve is controlled with a frequency of 1500 Hz.

The gas mixer is built with a Mass Flow Controller for each gas, consisting of a proportionally controlled solenoid valve, which, together with a mass flow sensor, ensures the pre-programmed flow for the selected gas.

Pulse Width Modulation is a digital form of modulation in which an electrical voltage alternates between two values in a square pulse modulated at a constant frequency whose width varies. The relationship between pulse and pause is called the duty cycle. The frequency in all in-system products is 1500 Hz.

Duty cycle describes the proportion of “on” time in the control process, a low operating cycle corresponds to low power because the power is off most of the time.Operating cycle is expressed as a percentage, 100% is fully on.When a digital signal is on half the time and off the other half of the time, the digital signal has a 50% duty cycle and looks like a “square” wave.
